Deposit Policy
$500 refundable cleaning deposit is required when renting building. Persons renting facility are responsible for set up, clean up, and any damages that may occur during event.
A non refundable deposit for $500.00 is required to hold the day of your event.
Building Rates Based on Occupancy*
Following rates do not include wedding/reception events. Rental of building with hourly based rates is available Sunday-Thursday 8am-11pm and Friday and Saturday from 8am-2pm. Prices based on hourly rates with 2 hours minimum to rent rooms. Refundable deposit of $500 is required on hourly based rentals.
- Up to 99 people = $100.00
- 100-150 people = $150.00
- 151-200 people = $200.00
- 201-325 people = $250.00
* Maximum capicity is 325 people
Rooms and Occupancy size
Main Level
- Glass Room – accommodates up to 70 people
- Fireplace Room – accommodates up to 80 people
- Chandelier room – accommodates up to 75 people
- Buffet Room – accommodates up to 40 people
- Stain Glass Room – accommodates up to 50 people
Upper Story Level
The upper level rooms are smaller private rooms to rent, these rooms easily accommodate the small group meetings and classes.
Bathroom facility is available on upper level as well.
- Front Room- accommodates up to 10 people/ $20 hour
- Middle Room – accommodates up to 8 people/ $18 hour
- Back Room – accommodates up to 14 people/$25 hour
The rooms at The Historic Grand Estates are unique as all of the main level rooms connect; you can use as little or as much space as you need. The upper level provides more privacy and smaller quaint rooms for weekly classes, meetings or whatever small setting you are looking for.
